How long does it take for my mattress to be delivered?
Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. For our 'Bed-in-a-Box' models, shipping is often faster, while custom-made sets may take up to 2 weeks.
Do you offer a sleep trial period?
Yes, we offer a 100-night risk-free sleep trial. If you aren't completely satisfied with your comfort level after 30 nights, you can exchange it or return it for a full refund.
Will you remove my old mattress when the new one arrives?
We offer a White Glove Delivery service for an additional fee, which includes professional setup of your new mattress and the removal of your old mattress and foundation.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All of our mattresses come with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 10 to 25 years, covering structural defects and sagging beyond normal wear and tear.
Do I need a specific type of bed frame or foundation?
Most of our mattresses are compatible with platform beds, slatted frames, and adjustable bases. However, to maintain your warranty, ensure the slats are no more than 3 inches apart.
Do you provide financing options?
Yes, we partner with specialized providers to offer 0% APR financing for up to 12 months for qualified buyers, allowing you to pay for your sleep investment over time.
